With a strong background in real estate operations and client support, Courtney Price brings energy, organization, and a welcoming spirit to her role as Administrative Assistant and Office Manager at Regency on the Lake. Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Courtney earned her degree in Business Administration and Law from Western Carolina University, where she also played Division I softball on scholarship.

Her career in real estate began with Keller Williams, where she supported agents through training, onboarding, marketing, and transaction coordination in both Texas and North Carolina. She later expanded her expertise into the mortgage industry, working alongside top-producing loan officers at Movement Mortgage in Charlotte.

At Regency on the Lake, Courtney is the go-to resource for keeping things running smoothly managing office operations, supporting the team, and ensuring every client interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
