Grey Seate

Born and raised in eastern North Carolina, Grey Seate moved to Raleigh in the early ’90s to attend Meredith College. She earned her degree in Social Work, where she developed the organizational skills, empathy, and active listening that continue to shape her real estate career today.

Grey spent many years in Wake County, witnessing firsthand how the region grew into one of North Carolina’s most desirable places to live, work, and play. During that time, she built lasting relationships with clients from all walks of life, locals and newcomers alike, helping them find homes that fit their lifestyles and goals.

With experience spanning townhomes, condominiums, single-family homes, and new construction, Grey has successfully guided buyers and sellers through every stage of the real estate process. Her leadership in a new development project in Wake Forest showcased her ability to manage complex details and deliver a seamless experience from the ground up.

Now, after five years in the High Country, Grey loves continuing to make the mountains her home. Surrounded by the beauty and community of western North Carolina, she’s passionate about helping others discover what makes this area such a special place to live.

As the eldest of three sisters and a proud mother of two boys, Grey brings both empathy and insight to every client relationship. She listens first, speaks with care, and ensures every person she works with feels comfortable and confident throughout their real estate journey.
