A Charlotte-area specialist, Olivia has spent the last two years guiding clients through transactions ranging from investment properties to new construction and land development. Having grown up in a family of real estate investors, she brings a natural familiarity to her work in the industry.

Currently a senior at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, Olivia is pursuing a degree in Real Estate, further strengthening her expertise and adding valuable industry knowledge to every client relationship. She is dedicated to creating a seamless experience, whether working with seasoned investors or those exploring new opportunities in the Charlotte market.
