Originally from North Carolina, Tate attended East Carolina University before realizing that his true passion lay in real estate and returning to the mountains he loves.
Growing up in West Jefferson, Tate was raised with strong values, a love for the outdoors, and an appreciation for hard work. He takes pride in ensuring every transaction is handled with care and attention to detail, making sure his clients feel informed and supported every step of the way. Whether working with buyers, sellers, or investors, Tate brings dedication and a client-first mentality to every interaction.
